Well, I'm not totally sure it counts as new material, but at least here's some that has never been released before. It's a scene from my unfinished "masterpiece", also known as Ohio Jones and the Shadow of Time.

The context for this scene is that Jilberto Hanky, Ohio's trustworthy sidekick, has just sacrificed himself to save the group from the Balrog.

This leaves the team in a very vulnerable emotional state, and certain things start to bubble to the surface...

If you are not based in the Circle City, you might not know that it's been deluged with gigantic amounts of snow recently. (I guess this is happening all over the US, in fact.)

Now, I can't speak for the rest of the nation, but at least here in the Midwest this makes people unusually friendly. For example, my poor 2005 Scion tC has become severely stuck three times in the last few days. Each time, a total stranger appeared as if from nowhere to lend a push, a shovel, or some salt. Driving — or more accurately sliding — down a residential street in such conditions, such displays are common as friendly neighbors emerge from the warm comfort of their homes to perform various neighborly acts.

All this has me wondering, did Midwesterners earn their friendly reputation because of the nasty weather we have to endure? After all, we have to deal with this kind of thing all the time:

And here I thought that cryptic blog posts were the best way of expressing oneself. I'm so far behind the times!
