My favorite thing about this that I had completely forgotten- when Robin was supposed to be going through her "grunge" phase Tori had no clothes that were junky enough to pass, so she had to borrow one of my sweaters. Dashboard confessional: I still have that sweater. And wear it regularly.
I'd like to add that we are all infinitely hotter now.

I completely remember that sweater... it kind of smelled like goodwill. haha! Ok, so watching this movie (at work no less), the range of my physical reaction is shocking. I go from stomach turning, to goose bumps, to nervous laughter. But then i'm reminded of how pure and true robyn and jay's young love was and all is well. Until I remember Emily giving me dirty looks during the "love" scenes. Remember how Mrs. Redman didn't want me to drive her car onto the drive way because i wasn't licensed?

True -- although Robyn and Jay's time together was brief (less than 48 hours after speaking to each other for the first time, they are both dead) -- it's that kind of headlong passion to which we should all aspire.

I guess only the young can understand that kind of love. (Or those with only a few weeks of class time dedicated to filming) And seriously, I bursted out with the "L" word way too soon! Clearly Robyn had not read, "He's Just Not That Into You."
But Tori... Jay (cough, Ray) was that into you.. hehehehe

Clearly, Robyn and Jay both go for the proverbial jugular a little quickly, considering their basis for proclaiming undying love is a handshake.

You're such a trouble maker Noelle! I believe he was that into Emily then. And somewhat ironically, despite my above critic, i couldn't play it cool on or off screen. Maybe I should have read "The Rules" instead? Actually you're married Noelle and I can't seem to produce a ring, it is your wisdom i seek . . . .

Tori- don't sweat the ring. Despite what you may hear from the media (or people you know who are lying to you and trying to make their lives seem more special then they actually are) I will give the the straight scoop. Being married is EXACTLY like living together. Not a little bit similar. EXACTLY THE SAME, with the proviso that you have a stable living together relationship so one of you isn't threatening to walk out all the time or something.
Anywho- guys i had a thought. Does anyone have any idea how to get in touch with Mary Redman? How great would it be to have her watch the video again?
Amen, Logan! I totally agree. I loved having the wedding and changing my name, etc... but yeah, 100% the same as when we lived together... including my lasting crush on Ray. ;-)

Thank you Logan and Noelle. I totally know you are right, and I am really in no rush (my mother is another story though). I love living together (its actually amazing). I guess all i really want is the jewelry. hahaha! Just kidding (well . . . ). And I think I just want the comittment "firmed up." Anyway way too much to get into on a commet section, we will just have to discuss in person . . but yes you are totally right . . no reason to rush.

Ray, did I tell you that I recently performed a part in a Stage Production class project. It turned out to be way more professional than anything I'd ever been a part of and let me tell you the "Ray Pawulich" school of acting habits I had picked up did not pay dividends. They actually expected me to learn my lines (Word for WORD!) and made me do like a hundred takes...

That's funny that you would bring that up because last night had a dream in which I was flying around in a helicopter with Nathan Proud and Ashley Lowe. Well, it might have been Nathan and Maryann. But the point is we were in this small, personal helicopter and we were flying off into the woods and we were supposed to be making an Ohio Jones film but I kept thinking, "Shouldn't I have written a script or at least an outline?" Also, I don't think we brought the Paco Pedro costume with us.
Anyway, bravo.
