i actually heard a techno version of "smells like teen spirit" at the vogue a couple of weekends ago. Glowsticks, hoochies, body glitter, grinding, and techno nirvana... it felt wrong, very wrong.

ahh, i'll never forget my first time feeling old listening to music.... in the summer of '98 guns n' roses "Welcome to the Jungle" was on a classic rock station. The same weekend that I was best man in a wedding, man did I feel old then, where'd my youth go???? :)

I've thought about that before Ray, about how odd it will be to hear Nirvana and Korn and Soundgarden on Classic Rock or "Oldies" Stations. It has been 13 years since "Smells Like Teen Spirt Came out." Yowzers.
