My weekend just keeps getting better. I've just gotten word that not only will I be seeing Evanescence in concert twice in two days, but they'll also be doing another of their priceless (and free) in-store acoustic performances mere blocks away from the hotel and the concert venue in Nashville.

And not only do I have my best friend with me every step of the way, the rumor is that my other best friend (along with my fellow Cocksman and Phat Pat) might be joining us in Louisville. Best weekend ever? Time will tell, but I'm pretty pumped, even if I do have to miss a JAC kegger at which Katie Kennedy said she was "gonna get crazy."

Hey, speaking of telling, let me tell you: this is funny. This is not.

Well, I needed that weekend, I had about two weeks worth of stress from which to unwind. Of course, now it's time to wind back up again, as tomorrow is gonna be extremely full-- the day kicks off with a meeting with the chancellor at 10:00 am and doesn't stop for another 12 hours.

My next weekend looks to be the weekend of the 19th, as this weekend, I'm off to see Evanescence play in Nashville, TN and Louisville, KY. And I've just got confirmation that the Exit/In in Nashville is a very small venue, which is just so rad. Those of you planning on meeting me in Louisville, don't forget to get your tickets. They'll probably be playing a Soundgarden cover at these shows, so brush up on your Superunknown.
